Mary is a 1990 graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry physical therapy program. She spent her career working in out-patient orthopedics until she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008 from Marymount University. She was then appointed to the role of Assistant Professor at Dominican College’s Doctorate in Physical Therapy program. Throughout her years there, she held the roles of Orthopedic Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator. Most recently, Mary held a position as Senior Physical Therapist at Memorial Sloan Kettering and gained her vast experience with the oncology population including co-morbidities related to surgeries, treatments, and treatment side effects. Mary’s passion for physical therapy stems from her father who was one of the first 50 licensed physical therapists in the state of NJ. Mary’s two daughters, son and daughter-in-law are the center of her world and she enjoys every moment she gets to spend with them.
